Health Fairs organized by the NIHHC are a great relief to the medically underserved community. The NIHHC has organized health fairs since 2005 and volunteers play a major role in these health fairs. Volunteers usually have roles according to their strengths and preferences. There are many areas volunteers can choose from. For example, they can help in registration, monitoring the halls, directing parking lot traffic, interpreting, and working with children, among others.
